Show: Transition: A Story of Two Trans People Becoming Themselves

Universal message, beautiful music
The creator, Emily, tells an honest and compelling story in a series of shared conversations and songs between two friends. Endemic of her compositions, the songs are tuneful and toe-tapping, and well orchestrated. It's lovely to see the ensemble on stage while Emily conducts from the side. The singers effortlessly navigate the music as well as the emotional joys and struggles of coming out as trans. The message of choosing community, connection, and self-acceptance will linger with you long after the music has ended. Bravi tutti! This show is not to be missed!
