Favorite so far

Good ensemble - strong performances from 4 leads and supporting actors as well. I went to this w my boyfriend who “likes” WWII, and I wasn’t sure it would be my thing- but I really got into it. Tight script and a good build to the climax. I totally bought the family unit and the love stories - both young and established , and also appreciated the subtle politics. It went by fast - felt shorter than an hour.
