Oh, so that is what a director does!
I enjoyed this look at how a director facilitates actors working through a scene. Having only experienced theater as an audience member, I had assumed that a director was an authoritative voice in rehearsals, telling actors what his or her intentions for the piece were. (Like a conductor in an orchestral rehearsal.) This show was more of a learning experience than an aesthetic one for me, but that's fine. I'd recommend this show.

As perfect a Fringe show as I can imagine. This show proves once again that the Winding Sheet Outfit can take any theme and turn it in to transformative, inspiring, cathartic theater. I hate to say Best Show of the Fringe on the second night, but this show sets the bar high!

Came for the camp, stayed for the dream ballet
This was a great Fringe show. Strong concept, well executed. It probably helps to review Wuthering Heights before the show to get all the jokes. It certainly helps to be familiar with late 80s pop music.

Great show about a disturbing topic
I'm not sure how I ended up enjoying a memoir of an abusive high school experience, but Phil Gonzales managed it. Amazing story telling and emotional honesty and genuine humor amidst the pain. This is great theater.
