Earnest, Timely, and Honest
A fringe show that hits home in Minneapolis. The on stage pair shows timing and care as they walk the audience though the choices and struggles they have had along with the stories of so many others in a similar position. The physical presence Didem, his expressions, and his emotions carry this show. With Talha, they show some of the visceral reality of immigrant life in America. The scene transitions are still a little rough around the edges, and not everything is polished, but for a fringe show with a traveling set of actors and minimal set it's kinda expected making the xperimental stage a perfect and intimate setting. A touch of 4th wall breaking and a ton of honesty. If you're on the west bank and have a spare slot in your fringe schedule, check this show out.
