Solid script, score and overall show!

What a unique and loved concept for a musical especially this being the Minnesota fringe festival! I was happily surprised at the catchy tunes and beautifully written harmonies. Landon as Wilbur and Michael as Henley were perfectly casted- voices of pure butter and the time/work they put into their characters was obvious. The acting choices and voice of the woman who played Leota were all around phenomenal!! All of the side characters were very fun, though I would’ve liked to have seen clearer choices made for each ensemble character. I would love to know more about Leotas side of the story/ see more of the relationship between her and Wilbur in the script/a song or two! I think it would make the audience care even more about her, and the son that was mentioned. The actress cast as Mary had some good moments but her higher register was a little shaky which took me out at times, as well as the actor Sam who played the other male ensemble/featured characters. He has a pretty voice but it was not clearly executed and it looked as though he was lost or confused at times. I think this show could make it big and I want to see the whole thing/both acts! Very well done, each actor tried their best, which was clear, I enjoyed myself!
