Another hit from Special When Lit!
Sam Landman and Nissa Nordland never fail to deliver; as they demonstrated once again with "Bury the Leads"! The show provides a window into the lives of Clyde and Faye: two friends and struggling actors with very different approaches to their appearance in an upcoming Fringe performance. The result is self-referential; hysterical; and punctuated with moments of surprising poignancy. At the start of the performance, the audience are invited to provide a set of suggestions and props; which are then woven into the show - sometimes overtly; sometimes in ways so natural that it is impossible to tell what proportion of a scene was improvised! All-around, an incredible showing!
