ope lemme just scream at da horrors of spacetime
What if you weren't just socially trapped in a minnesota goodbye? What if you're being threatened into staying but maybe that knife is just to cut the cake and you're being ridiculous and paranoid? You think your own mother has turned into a serial killer alluva sudden? Fer chrissakes that's ridiculous. Sure, your parents have been acting a little strange all evening, pushier than usual, but that? Well...

A good show of the humor of community theater
If you've ever been a theater kid, go see this, you'll laugh well and good at the over acting, the under acting, the mix of personalities and busy lives that come together to make an amateur theater company come together. I am not a full blown theater kid (or adult I guess) so it got a little bit stale for me, I was waiting for something more to come, but I must admit it was very well done.

Amazing storytelling, gripping
I loved this show. Excellent performance, the stories being told wove together beautifully, it held my attention completely. I'm usually not a fan of one man shows but this one worked perfectly. It all wrapped up into one hell of a conclusion. I have the world's tiniest suggestion / complaint / thought, about the literal final thing that happens on stage. Trying to not spoil anything here because really, everyone should experience this tale as blind as possible. To Dr. Miller, I think the final moment should have a different noise associated with it - maybe a mighty roll of thunder, or a great roar of rushing water?

Show: Braingystics: Seize the Mind!
Venue: Open Eye Theatre
Amazing comedic timing, layers of jokes
I couldn't stop smiling, always laughing. The rapid fire jokes layered upon themselves excellently, the energy was great, the callbacks were funny, I was sold, 10/10. Anything these two do in the future I will definitely check out. As I promised (an oath!) at the beginning of this show, I will not google braingystics, I am not at all concerned about a not-a-cult that's been investigated by dozens of agencies across the globe, and it's deeefinitely not a pyramid scheme of any sort! I gasped in awe at learning about The Commodore, founder of Braingystics, and the wild life paths that lead our two presenters to this bold new way to live.
