A fun overview of the app for those who know and those who don't. I agree about stupid faceless profiles, but I disagree about a LinkedIn pic, to each our own! :-P

The profile names? Omgggggggg. Next level! The kitschy songs and the relatability of anyone being on ANY dating app is so insane. This show needs to be on Broadway, and it needs to be highlighted in every gay city in America! I haven’t laughed so hard in years! 10 stars!

I had so much fun! Loved the singing/the songs, the lead's performance, the concept, the jokes, the puppet, the setup for the pianist, etc. So glad I was able to see this. Recommend buying your ticket ahead of time--its popular.

TOP SHOW: Raunchy and professional

We saw performance #3, so had a good idea what to expect: original music, some raunch, great performance by Candice. What we didn't expect was the professionalism (script, music, singing, keyboard); the sound mixing and quality (could understand every word); the keyboardist (excellent, plus funny bit at the end). All that and a Public Service Announcement as we can tell from the comments of those who have 'upped their game' since seeing the show. Highly recommended.

A small stage - huge laughs

These types of productions will often give you a chuckle or two- but Help Desk has so many laugh out loud moments. So well performed. Such talent from the leading performer. It was a lot of fun packed into a short time.

A Broadway Hit in the making!

The show is a hit! It's so good the audience deserves a second act! From catchy songs to its comedic timing, it is, as Gen Z would say, FIRE! The talents of its lead actor Jeremy Johnson, make you fall in love with Candice, the main character, right away. It's soo good you leave the show wanting more. 10/10

Great fun

You don’t even have to know about Grindr to enjoy this show. Even a former nun who attended with us loved it. The show is well written, music is catchy and the performance by Jeremy Johnson is a great match to this clever scripted. His Candice is fun, timing is perfect and she’s an outstanding singer.

First Musical I Didn't Fall Asleep At

I don't use Grindr but still found it relatable. Candice is very engaging with entertaining songs. Highly recommend.

Raunchy Fun For The Whole....

Well maybe not the "whole" family! 🍆😋What a fun show. We laughed out loud throughout. The musical numbers were fun. Candice was fabulous! You couldn't ask for a better help desk support agent!

This show, wowwww, I loved every song!! The lead was great and suuuper funny. So happy for this to finally finally to hit the stages of Minneapolis! We needed this!

A Gay Time

I laughed so hard and immediately messaged my best friend that they had to see this show. (They're coming on Sunday!) The songs were fun and funny and we got free candy!

A Show that needed to be made- Thank you!

While there are so many great hooks and clever word play, it is so much more. Most of all, the show provides a valuable act of public service by unveiling what the hidden rules are of Grindr. For any who may be unfamiliar with the experience, it can be quite frustrating when one gets ghosted or blocked like nobody’s business without being given a clue as to what hidden rule was violated. It would be extremely helpful to know what they are so I don’t make the same mistake over and over again. So, it was quite cathartic to see how I violated 5 out of 7 of those hidden rules in my own profile. Without being a spoiler, the hidden rules basically revolve around pure instant/ indulgent sex in the moment without the need for emotional attachment, and where an ongoing quest for external validation is in the drivers seat with affection being a biproduct of those fortunate to make a great connection. The matter can get a bit subjective though. I do find it a great mark of self-awareness for one to share if they are an ENTJ or whichever MBTI type. When I looked Grindr itself up on Personality Database.com it came up as ESTP 7W8. Those are 2 letters apart from each other marking a personality preference. I find it helpful to know who prefers Big J-ness or Big P-ness… Opps… well that could be a great line for the show.

Witty! Raunchy! Fun! This musical has everything you’d want and expect from a story centered around everyone’s favorite “dating” app, and so much MORE! Here’s to hoping Candice’s promo code works- I’m sold!

Let's Just Cuddle

This show was well written, performed, and just fabulous down to every detail! The programs with the joke- candy. Even Candice's ritual that she does to get a create screen names sends a lovely aroma wafting through the air in the theater. All of these sensory details enhanced the overall experience! This was fabuloussssss!!!! It is a must see!

Worthy of a Visit

If you wondering how to up your Grindr game go. Also go if you like witty Parody, witty humor, sex talk and drag. If you are uncomfortable with sexual themes pass.

It’s Must See!

The show is absolutely hilarious, witty, fun and hysterically raunchy! The play is well written and the music is catchy. Being married for over thirty years, Grinder was only an App my gay friends talked about. After my education from the “help desk”, I now know why my friends are always to busy to hang out! This show is destined to make it to broadway. Go See Go See Go See!!!!

A Must See

Loved it start to finish! Funny, engaging, with great songs and even a brief sing-along. A shout-out to Jeremy Johnson playing Candice who was marvelous. Treat yourself and go.

This show was well written and well executed. If you are reading the title and thinking, this sounds good, then I think this show was written for you and you'll be glad you came to see it. If you aren't sure what Grindr is, maybe not. This show is getting a lot of buzz. I saw it at 10:00 on Tuesday and it was the biggest audience I've seen yet this year. Will be a sell-out risk on Sunday.
