Tip your artist!

My role? Hopefully, to entertain an audience.
Winnie Wenglewick got her start in theatre working at the Orlando Fringe over 30 years ago. It inspired her passion for theatre, specifically for new, original works. She opened her first performance space in Orlando in 1998. After a move to Denver, Colorado she opened her second theatre, Denver's Dangerous Theatre in 2007. It's a dangerous proposition to make a living in theatre. She started with directing and over the years expanded to writing and performing. Now that her kids are both over 21, her plan is to travel and perform, starting with "Adulting Sucks".
More Information

Favorite coffee cups? I have a couple favorite coffee cups that just seem to make my coffee taste better. One has a moose on it, the other one is a flamingo. My daughter punked me for my birthday a few years ago with a barrage of flamino items. Now I collect flamingos. If you have a favorite coffee cup, bring it to the show. You might just win a prize!

July 1st ~ Hello Minnesota Fringe Festival Peeps! I am so excited that I got added to the line up at the last minute. Like, the very last minute. Like a few days ago! Whew! I cannot wait to come meet audience members, meet other performers and see other shows! Since I was added so late, I am trying to get everything up to speed. I LOVE the fact each show has a page and we can get reviews in KITTIES! My cat Gizmo approves. I can also update this section all I want during the festival so I will probably post musings and such here since I am not a social media person. I know, an artist that isn't all over social media, is weird. I weird in lots of ways, not just my name. :)

JULY 26TH WOW! I leave tomorrow to head to Minneapolis. A city I've never been to. To do a show that I originally performed in 2019 but have morphed into a new show. So very excited. Also, nnervous. I suppose I should check what the weather will be like before I pack my bag.
