Mike Dee
Demon Regan
Mike Dee is a person of many hats; actor, improvisor, voice actor, haunt actor, writer, director, game show host, and city commissioner. Recent roles include Maj. Paul Petkoff in Arms and the Man, Clint in Uncle Walt (also directed by Andrew Rosdail). You can also see Mike as a member of Jesters Comedy Improv and Vilification Tennis.

Angela Fox is an actor/singer/dancer/choreographer with such theater companies as the Jungle Theater and Artistry. Angela is a published composer specializing in educational music for voice and piano and musical theater, including the award winning "Next: The Musical (A Sidekick Story)", "No Small Parts", and "I'll Be Home For Kahless: The Hallmark Parody of the Season". Emma is excited to be back for her second Fringe! You may have seen her in 2024 Fringe’s We Were Only Henchmen as Delia or That Woman: The Monologue Show as Ellen Rometsch. Michelle works internationally as an actor, director, playwright, choreographer, designer, dramaturg, theatre instructor, and dancer. Representative regional credits include: The Children's Theatre Company, The Walker Art Center Out There Performance Series, The Jungle Theater, Minnesota Opera, Stages Theatre, Steppingstone Theatre, Ananya Dance Theatre, Project Success, Valleyfair, St. Croix Festival Theatre (WI), The Phipps Center for the Arts (WI), Montford Park (Asheville, NC), and Center Stage Theatre (Fairhope, AL.) National/International Touring - Boston Repertory Theatre, Poetry Alive!, The National Theatre for Children, and CLIMB Theatre. Her international work includes directing, performances, and artistic residencies in Saudi Arabia, China, Japan, Peru, Venezuela, Ukraine, Ethiopia, Switzerland, Romania, and the Dominican Republic. Up next: Performing - The Barber of Seville (Minnesota Opera), and And Then There Was Louie (Long Lake Theatre), and directing Iolanthe (The Gilbert and Sullivan Very Light Opera Company.)
Mitch Kiecker

Mitch is excited to be involved again with the Minnesota Fringe Festival and with New Endeavors Productions. He last played Tobias in Peace Retreat at the Fringe in 2022. Since then, he's been involved with several one act productions and Rehearsal for Murder with the Eden Prairie Players and Book Club Play with Lakeshore Players in White Bear Lake. Mitch also grew up with fond memories of his central and southwest MN grandparent's strong Minnesota mannerisms and turns-of-phrase, as well as the good times spent at various small town church basement potlucks.
Thalia Kostman
Puppet Design and Build
Thalia Kostman has been an active performer and creator in the Twin Cities theater scene since 2012. She studied physical theater and mime at Macalester College and Studio Magenia in Paris, France. She coordinated the Brooklyn Center Community Center's Puppet Playhouse for 10 years, is the logistics coordinator for American Immersion Theater's Minneapolis Troupe, and is the co-artistic director of her own puppetry and physical theater company, Phantom Chorus Theatre. Thalia played a mime in one of New Endeavor's past Fringe shows and is thrilled to be creating a puppet for this one!
Andrew Rakerd
Playwright/Producer
Andrew is a Minneapolis-based actor, director, and playwright. His previously produced MN Fringe Festival plays include "The Buttslasher" and "Peace Retreat" (2022 Golden Lanyard Award Winner). He is the drama director at Blaine High School, and can often be seen as a featured actor for The Murder Mystery Company. He would like to thank his friends and family, and his wife Cayla for their undying support.
Andrew Rosdail
Director
Andrew Rosdail is an actor, writer, director, and filmmaker currently living in Minneapolis. This is his second time directing for New Endeavors, following 2022’s Golden Lanyard-Winning Peace Retreat and he’s very excited to bring this play to the Fringe audience. He also wrote and co-directed We Were Only Henchmen (2024), Uncle Walt (2023), and Writer’s Block.(2016) for previous MN Fringe Festivals under his World Crime League production brand. Under the World Crime League, he has also directed two short films: Christmas Feast and A Single Dollar, which are currently being submitted to festivals. His next short film, No Strings, is currently in pre-pre-production. As an actor, Andrew was last seen in Northern Starz’s production of Assassins as Samuel Byck this past fall. He is a regular performer with the Murder Mystery Company, where he dies on a semi-regular basis. Outside of his various artistic projects, Andrew doesn’t really exist. At the writing of this bio, he does not currently have anything lined up for after Fringe, so hire him for something!
Rob Ward
Pastor Sal
Rob Ward is an actor, choreographer, and writer who has called Minnesota home since 2013. Rob has performed with many local companies, including Open Window Theatre, New Seed Theater, Oncoming Productions, Mindless Mirth, Frosted Glass Creative, Sidekick Theater, The Old Gem Theater, Actors Theater of MN, and the Murder Mystery Company. A frequent performer at the Minnesota Fringe, Rob has been involved in several award-winning productions, including "Clocked" and "Chocolate Covered Chicken Wings." Two of his original one-man shows, "How To Kill A Horse!" and "Welcome To The Food Chain," won Golden Lanyard Awards in 2023 and 2024. In 2024, Rob brought "How To Kill A Horse!" to the Edmonton Fringe Festival and was met with praise from the Edmonton Journal and audiences alike. Cayla Wolpers
Erin
Cayla was born and raised in Hastings, Minnesota which is a small town on the Mississippi River, about a stone’s throw away from the Twin Cities. She began acting at the very young age of eight, and with that dreamed of making a difference in people’s lives through theater. She attended college at Drake University where she studied Musical Theater and graduated Cum Laude with Departmental Honors. Cayla has worked with many theater companies including Open Window Theater, Pioneer Place Theater, and more. She began working with American Immersion Theater in 2014 as an actor, became the Minneapolis director in early 2022, and took on the Royal Coach position in February of 2024. Her resume is extensive and diverse including vocal training, various types of dance, palm reading, and even has training in unarmed stage combat. Cayla is a true jack of all trades, a renaissance woman, and a role model for each and every princess American Immersion Theater employs.
