Alex Church
Director & PlaywrightAlex Church (He/Him) is a director, dramaturg, producer, performer, and playwright. He's worked on all sides of the stage with the Guthrie, the Playwrights' Center, Children's Theatre Co., The Tank NYC, The Billie Holiday Theatre, Gremlin Theatre, Full Circle Theatre, Six Points, Jackdonkey Productions, and many other great local companies. He's passionate about connecting art and impact, an ethos that led to the founding of Third Space Theater. He holds a BIS in Theater, Mass Communication, and Political Science from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Interested in working together? Reach out! ActorEm Adam Rosenberg (they/them) is an actor, vocalist-musician, arts administrator, and visual artist based in Minneapolis, MN. Recent theatre credits include the Guthrie Theater, History Theatre, Theatre Latté Da, Trademark Theater, The Playwright’s Center, Artistry Theater, and The Gray Mallard Theater Co. Training: Gaiety School of Acting, University of Minnesota (B.A. Theatre Arts and B.S. Marketing/Administration). They are proud to be a company member on the maiden voyage of Third Space Theater. Hannah Leatherbarrow
Actor & DramaturgHannah (She/Her) is a Minneapolis-based landlubber, actor, director and dramaturg who has worked with Jackdonkey Productions, Dark & Stormy Productions, Theatre Novi Most, Theatre Pro Rata, Lakeshore Players, and others. She has a BA in Theatre & English from the U of M, and is a company member with Third Space Theater. She directed Dutch: Made in America with Third Space in the 2024 Fringe Festival. Hannah is Maryland-born and thus feels a strong crab connection. Current summer obsessions include the Broken Earth Trilogy by N.K. Jemisin, Discovery by Daft Punk and boggle.
Mariabella Sorini
Actor & PlaywrightMariabella is an actor, writer, and occasional costume designer in the Twin Cities with a background and passion for social and cultural activism. Selected acting credits include: Theater in the Round Players, Theater Underground, Jackdonkey Productions, Cardboard Suitcase Productions, Combustible Company. She received a BA in English from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and is a company member of Third Space Theater. She has a love of Gothic literature, a soft spot for stories about monsters, and a penchant for scaring her friends with horror movie recommendations.
Mary Lofreddo
ActorMary (She/He/They) is a theatre artist with multiple stage appearances throughout Minnesota and Texas. Their selected credits include Mercy Lewis in The Crucible, Officer Barrel in Urinetown, Nickie in Sweet Charity, Elsa Schraeder in The Sound of Music, Mrs. Webb in Our Town, and Red Eyes in A Wrinkle in Time. Mary is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's in Theatre, and they are trained in dance from Go! Dance Academy and singing with Nicole Collins. By day, Mary is a co-owner of their tailoring business Lofreddo’s Alterations, and when not onstage or sewing, they enjoy drawing, trainspotting, and collecting vintage items.
Olivia von Edeskuty
Stage ManagerOlivia von Edeskuty (she/her) is a Twin Cities-based director, designer, and educator passionate about the power of storytelling to foster empathy, social change, and inclusion. She has collaborated with theatres, schools, and nonprofits across the Midwest and is thrilled to join Third Space Theater and this phenomenal group of artists and friends for this year’s MN Fringe! Olivia holds a BFA in Directing from Nebraska Wesleyan University and is the founder of Common Creators, a collaborative arts nonprofit. When she’s not in rehearsal, Olivia enjoys hiking with friends, spending time with her nieces and nephews, reading new scripts, and blocking dream shows in imaginary venues—often with a fun iced drink in hand. Sam Faye King
Sound DesignerSam (They/Them) is excited to be a part of this year's Fringe Festival. They've worked previously on 2024's "Dutch: Made in America"(Alex Church) and 2023’s “Romeo and Juliet are Dead” (BlinkingEye Theatre). Originally from Texas, they have been in MN 8 years as a theatre technician, primarily in sound and lighting. They have done technician work at local theaters and organizations such as Park Square Theatre, Eden Prairie Players, Mixed Blood, Theatre in the Round, The Ames Center, The Playwright Center, NOTEables singers and more. Additionally, they work as the production manager for PiM Arts High School's theatre department. Enjoy the show!
Stephanie Kahle
Actor & Movement DirectorStephanie Kahle (She/Her) is an Actor and Stage Manager in the Twin Cities with a BA in Performance Creation and Management from the University of Minnesota. She is so excited to be fringing again! You may have caught her last year performing as Nancy Reagan, Jimmy Carter, and Ronald Reagan's parents in DUTCH: Made in America or in 2023 as Jade in Funny, Like an Abortion with EnCompass Theatre. Other theatre credits include Running Errands (Kurt Engh), The Crucible (Night Fire Theatre), Dealing with Dragons (Phantom Chorus Theatre), TABLE (Sod House Theater), and The Tempest (Combustible Company). Stephanie will be back at TRP in Pride and Prejudice this fall, then developing some juicy new work with Third Space Theatre at Mixed Blood: keep your eye out! They do this through community education and engagement, research projects, and policy efforts across the state and region.
