OBSESSED
I'm so in love with both the concept and execution of this play! It has everything you didn't know you needed, definitely recommend.
Company: Loom Lab
Show: old growth
Venue: The Southern Theater
Cool concept, needs development
This show opened to a fully realized forest world that was intriguing and entertaining through the props, puppetry, and dancing. The performers were engaging, but I wish they would have had more time to work together before the performances. I felt sometimes confused with the story line, and wish I could have understood the connection between scenes. I also was hungry for more of the circusy fabric manipulation!

This is the best of the Fringe! So magical and interactive, beautiful sets/costumes/lights, and a live band?? I didn't want it to end!
Company: Beta Fish Productions
Show: Welcome To The Food Chain
Venue: Strike Theater
high energy, big laughs
Ever wanted to see some of the most famous predators sing a musical number? Look no further! The emcee's were so funny, and I loved all the different spoofs on popular songs (Weird Al style) that made up the cabaret. Welcome to the Food Chain was a fun (and serious) reminder to not be stupid around wild animals.

SO GOOD
I was so in love with this world! So silly in a nostalgic way. It was great to follow each dancer and see their interactions and expressions within the work.

This show lifts the curtain into what's going on behind Vulva's performance in such an interesting way. Would recommend!

I was enthralled from the moment I walked in the theater, this is a must-see show! Such an intriguing concept, and the blend of comedy with such intense/cultic/creepy vibes was *chefs kiss*
