Sam Landman
George Bernard ShawHIS MOTTO IS: Ars tibi nihil debet - "Art owes you nothing."
Sometimes Sam Landman acts. He's worked at Park Square, Yellow Tree, Girl Friday, Sandbox, done WAY too many Fringe shows, blah-blah-blurrrrgh + he's brought dramedy improv to Strike + HUGE (RIP). Sometimes Sam writes. He's written a ton of Fringe & TCHF shows, knocked out 52 one-act plays for a project called One-Act-A-Week + ghostwrote a show that's getting RAVE reviews right now. Sometimes Sam plays drums. He's played old fart punk, dismal cover trash, abstruse prog, over-the-skis jazz, unlistenable sludge, fucking abysmal blues + was once the drummer in a snake-handling church. In other words, look out, Fringe. Now he's half-assing all three in this show full of insanely silly, insanely talented superstars.

Continuing to perform BURY THE LEADS at various venues, while planning a web series based on the characters we've been creating within the BTL universe Concepting a show called STEELY DAN, P.I., which (at this point) has Donald & Walter busting a cadre of yacht rock/synthpop ne'er-do-wells Creating Simpsons/Star Trek mashup memes for Treksons on FB.
A FAVORITE LINE FROM ARSEHOLES: "Soak me in cognac, cunt & cocaine."

Do you like W. B Yeats' poetry?
I really do.
Did you know he did magic to increase his poetic prowess?
Not joking.
So did Aleister Crowley...albeit with lesser success.
Aleister Crowley used the C word in his poetry.
A lot.
It's been a problem during rehearsals.
Do you know anything about Aleister Crowley?
How about the Hermitic Order of the Golden Dawn?
If so...this show might not be for you.
Would you like to see one of their temple rituals?
So would I.
We tried to recreate one, but all I had were books and ideas.
Did I mention this show is gonna be really stupid?
And pretty? And fun?
But mostly stupid.
With a lot of "c---."
*polite curtsey*
Also, I'll ask the Crowley fans and devotees not to curse us please.
Thank you.
