Brettina Davis
Performer -Guest Artist on 8/7!
Brettina Davis is an actress, filmmaker, and advocate for neurodiversity and mental health whose work bridges storytelling and social impact. Her recent film credits include leading roles in You’ve Been Selected (2026), directed by Lillie Gardner and Megen Musegades, and A Night at the Cabin (2025), directed by Donna Mosley. She trained at Drama Inc. and The Freeman Studio. She was also the Assistant Director for A Jumping Off Point, directed by Sha Cage in 2023 at the Jungle Theater, portrayed Irina Prozorov in the 2025 Theatre Pro Rata stage production of Three Sisters, and Cindy in the 2026 Theatre Pro Rata production of Fefu and Her Friends.
Duck Washington
Performer - Guest Artist on the 12th!
Duck Washington has been working as a theater artist in the Twin Cities area for over twenty five years. He is an actor, director, playwright, audio designer, educator, improviser, and arts leader. Duck is the Executive Director for the Twin Cities Horror Festival, and is a company member of Blackout Improv, Theatre Pro Rata, Dangerboat Productions and Vilification Tennis. Duck is co producer of The Encyclopedia Show Minneapolis and also produces under his own company, Rogues Gallery Arts. Duck is a veteran in the Minnesota Fringe. Some of his past Fringe productions include- My Only Hope for A Hero, Caucasian-Aggressive Pandas and Other Mulatto Tales, Jewelry Power Elite, Hamluke and Finger Lickin’ Good. In this year’s festival you can also catch Duck’s work in Casa Bde Maka ska at Theatre in the Round, Importance of Living at Open Eye, and Stories from the Trauma Dump at the Phoenix.
Faith Fuller
Perfomer
Faith is a recent Minnesota transplant and is excited to be performing in her first Twin Cities production. She studied Vocal Performance - Musical Theatre at NYU, where she earned a Master of Music. Her past credits include Linda in Evil Dead the Musical, Reeno Sweeny in Anything Goes, and Nellie Forbush in South Pacific. Faith is an avid foodie and is always looking for new restaurants to try in the cities. She wants to thank her husband and family for all of their endless support as she pursues her acting dreams.
Houa Moua
Performer
Houa Moua (She/Her) is a comedian and actress based in the Twin Cities. Currently employed at Metropolitan Center for Independent Living, she is an advocate for disability justice in her community. As a Hmong woman with a disability, the act of navigating multiple layers of marginalized spaces fostered her outgoing and resilient spirit, as well as her desire to put an end to ableism, racism, and the patriarchy. Houa’s visibility and presence have been steadily growing in the Twin Cities since 2020, in productions such as The Kung Fu Zombies Saga (Theatre Mu), Face to Face: Hmong Women's Experience (Park Square Theater), Stories Exploring Disability and Theater (Full Circle Theater), and most recently starred in The Cost of Living (Full Circle Theater). She’s excited to return to the fringe festival.
Jessica Winingham
Performer
Jessica (she/her) is honored to be joining Black and Foxy Co’s MN Fringe production: Ember Cabaret! She recently moved to the Twin Cities and recently played Fefu in Theatre Pro Rata’s “Fefu and Her Friends”. Before that she taught and directed in educational theatre for 16 years while directing and performing professionally in St. Louis, MO. She holds a BFA in theatre from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and a master's degree in Theatre Studies in Production and Design from Southern Oregon University. She would like to thank Christy for being a bad ass, Mike, Dani, and the girls for being her family, and her spouse Atlee for being her world.
Kayla Hambek
Performer - Guest Artist at the 8th!
Kayla Hambek (she/her) is a nationally-produced playwright and co-founder of Aethem Theatre Company. She was last spotted in Fringe last year in Aethem’s GRIEF, IT’S WHAT’S FOR DINNER. Kayla was recently seen as Snyder in MMT’s GRUMPY OLD MEN: THE MUSICAL, and you can see her scripts onstage at this year’s Eden Prairie Players Fall One Acts festival and Dread the Halls. Offstage, Kayla loves picking up new crafting hobbies every few months and makes cool stuff for a med device company in St. Louis Park.
Michael Chapman
Perfomer
Michael Chapman (he/him) is grateful to be entering the Twin Cities theater scene this summer after taking a seven-year break from performing. Some of his favorite past roles include Horton the Elephant in Seussical the Musical and Curly in Oklahoma!. Michael would like to thank his family and friends for their unwavering support & love. He also stands in solidarity with movements for justice and liberation such as Free Palestine, Abolishing ICE, Black Lives Matter, Trans Lives Matter, Harm Reduction, and many more.
