Parking
Public Parking is located in the Courtyard Marriott Ramp located next to The Southern Theater, 1500 Washington Ave S.
A special discount is applied for patrons of the Southern Theater ($5.50 for 4 hours in the ramp*)! You can follow the steps below to pay for your spot in the ramp.
*Important note: This discount can be overridden by event pricing as determined by the parking ramp. Please check signage at the ramp when parking to avoid any unexpected charges.
1. Enter the Ramp
2. Park
3. Remember License Plate #
4. Proceed to the Southern Theater
5. Once at the theater, scan the QR Code posted immediately to the left as you enter our front door. You will be prompted to enter your License Plate # and payment information
6. Click Purchase
7. You will receive a text message confirming your vehicle details and parking timeframe
Metered parking is also available on the streets surrounding the theater: Washington Ave, S 15th Ave, and Cedar Ave.
Bus and bike
Closest bus stop is: Cedar Ave S. & Washington Ave S. It's served by lines 7, 22, 118, 252.
Coming by Green Line? Get off at the West Bank Station and take the stairs up to Cedar Ave, walk north on Cedar Ave around the curve and The Southern Theater will be on your right.
Bike parking is available near Town Hall Brewery, on the corner of S Washington Ave, and next to the parking ramp.
